Another noon Saturday here in California’s Central Valley — weekends bleed forward it seems into next week really, really quickly.
Time appears to flash past even if you’re doing absolutely nothing at all.
Except for the asshole of all living assholes. In all the years, the best, basic description of the horrors of the T-Rump comes from the UK and Brit writer Nate White via a Twitter thread from nearly three years ago:
I was asked why we Brits dislike Trump. This was my reply:
A few things spring to mind.
Trump lacks certain qualities which the British traditionally esteem. For instance, he has no class, no charm, no coolness, no credibility, no compassion, no wit, no warmth, no wisdom…

Only revealed this morning with a strong h/t per Just An Earth-Bound Misfit.
The entire thread was published (also this morning) at London Daily — go read the whole spread, really actually right on point for the shit-faced Orange Turd, as stated the ‘best description‘ of the T-Rump ever.
Opening couple of graphs:
A few things spring to mind. Trump lacks certain qualities which the British traditionally esteem. For instance, he has no class, no charm, no coolness, no credibility, no compassion, no wit, no warmth, no wisdom, no subtlety, no sensitivity, no self-awareness, no humility, no honour and no grace – all qualities, funnily enough, with which his predecessor Mr. Obama was generously blessed. So for us, the stark contrast does rather throw Trump’s limitations into embarrassingly sharp relief.
Plus, we like a laugh. And while Trump may be laughable, he has never once said anything wry, witty or even faintly amusing – not once, ever. I don’t say that rhetorically, I mean it quite literally: not once, not ever. And that fact is particularly disturbing to the British sensibility – for us, to lack humour is almost inhuman. But with Trump, it’s a fact. He doesn’t even seem to understand what a joke is – his idea of a joke is a crass comment, an illiterate insult, a casual act of cruelty.
As I stated, go as fast as possible to read the whole piece, acknowledging T-Rump’s shitty, cruel, immoral characteristics are right out in the open, and as stated: ‘seem pretty bloody hard to miss.’
Ugly in all things, or not, yet once again here we are…
Image out front is my favorite of the T-Rump mugs, though, ‘favorite‘ does not mean in any form or fashion, as in, ‘my favorite movie,’ or ‘my favorite song.’ It’s more of an anti-appreciation/like.
And aptly titled, ‘Basic Shapes,‘ by caricaturist/illustrator Chong Jit Leong (and found here), it’s an image that displays the elemental form of a purloined sociopath — a bloated profile of flatulent bile and arrogant ignorance.
