Sunshine and clearing skies this early Wednesday on California’s north coast — the NWS reports a surface low pressure system has moved offshore, bringing southerly winds into the area for a few days, supposedly creating some nice weather.
As if the last few weeks haven’t been nice…

Bright, too, are lights shining on T-Rump’s ass, exposing the shit beneath.
In this election cycle, the media has really, really dropped the ball, but of course, they’ve never had to play catch with such a stupefying asshole as Donald Trump, so maybe the media tide has turned.
Yet will it influence the ‘deplorables’..?

Irony, however, is way-lost on those folks — that’s one the problems facing this country. T-Rump’s supporters aren’t given to facts or anything, anywhere near the truth. What’s in that much-discussed basket?
A good look by some college professors at the London School of Economics) — focal point:

Several blogs have characterized Trumpistas as either authoritarian or anti-establishment.
Looking at the evidence, we believe that both of these characterizations explain support for Donald Trump.
In fact, we believe it to be unlikely that a candidate can win a primary emphasizing only one issue or addressing one particular personality type; Trump’s support stems from two groups with different psychological traits, who look for different things in a candidate.
One group consists of Authoritarians, who have a preference for social order and hierarchy and who are particularly triggered by fears of, for instance, immigrants.
The other group consists of individuals who score low on the personality trait of Agreeableness.
They are generally egoistic, distrustful and uncooperative and hold fierce anti-establishment attitudes.
The more Trump spits on the establishment, the more he motivates these people.

Supporting this thesis — from Colin Powell and some e-mails of his own, including this zinger (BuzzFeed): ‘In another email, Powell wrote to a recipient about his aversion to giving Trump any more media attention: “To go on and call him an idiot just emboldens him.”‘

And once again, irony way-lost…

Alas ignorance can be brutal — some T-Rump supporters have hugged up close Hillary Clinton’s proclamation last week they’re ‘“racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, [and] Islamophobic” that they belong in a “basket of deplorables”?‘

A market for deplorables — from (USAToday): ‘On the shopping website Etsy, one can find deplorable T-shirts, key chains, car decals, buttons, pendants, coffee mugs and even a deplorable pocket watch.’

The gut-wrencher is reality means nothing to them. Such as some minute details — from an intricate Newsweek story this morning, the nutshell :

A close examination by Newsweek of the Trump Organization, including confidential interviews with business executives and some of its international partners, reveals an enterprise with deep ties to global financiers, foreign politicians and even criminals, although there is no evidence the Trump Organization has engaged in any illegal activities.
It also reveals a web of contractual entanglements that could not be just canceled.
If Trump moves into the White House and his family continues to receive any benefit from the company, during or even after his presidency, almost every foreign policy decision he makes will raise serious conflicts of interest and ethical quagmires.

The Donald J. Trump Foundation is not like other charities.
An investigation of the foundation — including examinations of 17 years of tax filings and interviews with more than 200 individuals or groups listed as donors or beneficiaries — found that it collects and spends money in a very unusual manner.
For one thing, nearly all of its money comes from people other than Trump.
In tax records, the last gift from Trump was in 2008.
Since then, all of the donations have been other people’s money — an arrangement that experts say is almost unheard of for a family foundation.
Trump then takes that money and generally does with it as he pleases.
In many cases, he passes it on to other charities, which often are under the impression that it is Trump’s own money.
In two cases, he has used money from his charity to buy himself a gift.
In one of those cases — not previously reported — Trump spent $20,000 of money earmarked for charitable purposes to buy a six-foot-tall painting of himself.

Do those poor slobs embracing being a deplorable really know the asshole is truly, incredibly self-centered, nearly-blathering insane? And what will that show in November?
