November 20, 2016

0a6c7bb094d81e33c40a4f10025a8339Overcast, rainy and chilly this Sunday morning on California’s north coast — feels like it’s raining all over the world.
Not only in Georgia, but the ability to de-stress American life is non-existent, and to relax?
WTF!

Last week, freakish-asshole Paul Ryan requested US peoples to just calm down, shit ain’t that bad: ‘“There is a lot of hysteria and hyperbole,” Ryan said during an interview with his hometown radio station, 1380 BIG AM radio. “I would tell people to just relax, things are going to be fine.”

T-Rump ranting on Twitter, just a way of kicking back, releasing stress: ‘“If this is what he finds this relaxing, and his entertainment, let him go with it.”

Fuck those fuckers…

Situational relaxing can’t be had with people with a functioning brain, witnessing the nightmare shit already pouring forth from T-Rump’s bowels. Just a couple of weeks, and it’s already apparent life under the T-Rump is going to suck — not only for the asinine way he lives, but in all directions.
The immediate-near, and the near-faraway, don’t look good for Americans, and it’s only going to get worse.

An item this morning on how to relax in the chaos — music. And apparently, one song, too.
Neuroscientists in the UK have found the one tune that can relieves stress and soothe the soul.
Via GoodHealth magazine:

One song stood out above the rest.
“Weightless” by Marconi Union (listen below), an English ambient music band, induced a 65 percent reduction in stress among participants, according to Inc..
And DailyMail.com reported that the song was 11 percent more effective than most other songs—by such musicians as Adele and Coldplay — in reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing speed.
The 2011 song was created by the band, along with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, to do just that—relax listeners.
If you prefer something with lyrics, try Enya’s Watermark or Pure Shores by All Saints, which according to DailyMail.com. were also proven to be relaxing.
Music therapy is considered to be natural therapy that is important in alleviating stress.
Because stress is an important cause of other deadly illness, fighting it is key to maintaining good health.
Numerous studies have shown how damaging stress can be to our bodies and our brain.
So don’t let it get out of control. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the music.

Yeah right…I prefer

creating a relaxing, sensuous bubble…
